Clinic Space
Meticulous attention and care has been paid to every aspect of the Clinic in order to provide you with the most comfortable, relaxing, and healing environment that we can offer.
There are 2 large treatment rooms for private consultations and Acupuncture treatments, as well as for Cupping, Gua Sha and other more intensive treatments options.
There is also 1 very large room set up in a more communally supportive environment. This treatment room has 3 very comfortable reclining chairs where you can be treated. These treatments do not require disrobing, since all points used are Auricular (on the ear) and distal points (from the elbows & knees down) only. This form of treatment is often used after a patient has had their initial history intake and their treatments have started to stabilize their condition.
Some of the many benefits to Auricular/Distal treatments are:
This is a wonderful and powerful way for patients to continue to treat their chief complaint
Getting regular “tune ups” to maintain your healthy state
Receiving a powerful treatment in a shorter time when your schedule is tight or overloaded already
Being treated in a supportive environment with others seeking health as well
And to do all of this for an AFFORDABLE RATE
Guidelines & courtesy: even though the Auricular/Distal treatments are done in a communal space, it is always understood that each person is there for their own reasons and has their own needs. Feel free when you come to chat with your neighbor “if” that seems acceptable & desired for each of you. However it is also acceptable if you simply wish to remain quiet and enjoy your treatment in silence or listen to your iPod. This is “your” time, for you, and about you -- enjoy it in your way.
